1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • It is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened stationery products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or discounted sale items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email support@bookdesk.com.pk with your order number and issue details
  2. Attach photos if the product is damaged
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved
  • Refund method:
    • Bank transfer
    • Mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash)
    • Store credit (optional)
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days

5. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Exchanges for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) are subject to product availability and delivery charges.

  • Return shipping is free in case of damaged or incorrect items
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
